Summary | 0002421: Spamfilter Exceptions
Description | There should be a config block that can define strings or regexps that spamfilters will not match. I have a general block on quit URLs, but would like my javachat to be able to give its address in its quit for example.

Bump. A good or bad idea? |
wouldnt this be cpu eaty on major networks? |
I think this may be a good idea. > wouldnt this be cpu eaty on major networks? Have spamfilter only check for exceptions if there is a match to a string. This way it won't eat any more CPU unless there is a match (which already eats CPU... guess it'd just double the CPU eating when matches are found) |

i totally agree with JasonTik.That would be great. |
I don't think this is a good idea. It would allow whitelisting stuff just by mentioning something particular, which should in fact still be blocked because it causes harm. |
