Summary0002429: Channels with ä/ö/ü but different case are not threated as the same
DescriptionThe channels #DÖNERBUDE and #Dönerbude (for example) are not threated as the same channels, I can join both with one client each and don't see the other one.
Steps To Reproduce1) Open 2 IRC clients
2) Connect to the same server running unrealircd
3) Type /join #DÖNERBUDE in the first client
4) Type /join #Dönerbude in the second one

This is not a bug. As Unreal says, it uses US-ASCII encoding to determine character equivilence. Under US-ASCII, those characters are NOT upper/lowercase of eachother. Therefore, it is working exactly as it is designed.
