Summary	0002429: Channels with Ã¤/Ã¶/Ã¼ but different case are not threated as the same
Description	The channels #DÃ–NERBUDE and #DÃ¶nerbude (for example) are not threated as the same channels, I can join both with one client each and don't see the other one.
Steps To Reproduce	1) Open 2 IRC clients 2) Connect to the same server running unrealircd 3) Type /join #DÃ–NERBUDE in the first client 4) Type /join #DÃ¶nerbude in the second one

~~codemastr~~ 2005-03-15 13:25 reporter ~0009605	This is not a bug. As Unreal says, it uses US-ASCII encoding to determine character equivilence. Under US-ASCII, those characters are NOT upper/lowercase of eachother. Therefore, it is working exactly as it is designed.
