Summary	0002439: Channel mode which will only allow Network Admins to join
Description	Hello.. I was wondering if perhaps you could either implement a channel mode which would only allow network administrators to join a channel (like channel mode +O or +A which only allows IRC Operators or services administrators (or higher) to join), or, point me to a module which has this sort of feature. I haven't been able to find one though. Thanks, and have a nice day.
