| Steps To Reproduce | Hello. This problem On unreal ircd all versions in the channels. I am not access in the channel.But i can changed the channel topics. But you can do this , channell topiclock must be off. if channel topiclock be a on you can't do this. //hop | /topic #channel topics.. So.. İ think so.This is a bug. | ||||

That has to do with services, not unreal. But before you complain to them, they'll say it's logical: if you turn off topiclock then your topic isn't locked! ;p The networks I've been at had topiclock on by default btw. |

yes.this problem perhaps not unreal versions,this problem for the services. but u must this problem overlation on the unreal all versions. thanks. |

there is no problem in unrealircd. for UnrealIRCd you are just the first one that joins, are ops, and are allowed to do "everything". This has nothing to do with unreal. |
