DescriptionThis feature would help translating diacritic characters to pure ascii.
You might ask why.. simple answer: try diacritic compatibility in cgi:irc and pjirc.. or mIRC with irssi.
I tryed to use existing features as badwordlist which is only channel-wide
Spamfilter does not have "replace" feature, so it can't be performed server-wide
