Summary	0002730: Ban Override
Description	well i don t know if it s a good feature or no but what do u think of a can_banoverride with this flag we ll be able to join a channel even banned and bans won t affect that oper in any channel or a tkl exception for bans ??

syzop 2005-12-28 14:57 administrator ~0010905	I understand the request, but this is not something we will add (and has been rejected before). Reason is, this is highly abusive, hence.. opers must /invite themself to "override".
