Perhaps, although one might as well ask why you don't have all of your links encrypted, unless some of them are on the same LAN. It's not normally that hard. |

I kind of think that's information the user has no need to know. I mean it's like saying "lets advertise the weak points of our network." If you know a reason why the average user should have this info, please let me know, but I can't think of any. Also, it can't simply be tacked on the end like that. What's to stop someone from doing info "the reason why socks disappear in the wash (Encrypted)"; in the config file? It would have to be (Encrypted) for SSL and (Unencrypted) for non-SSL so you can't simply append the text to unencrypted links. |
