Summary	0003092: Documentation says link::bind-ip is optional, but not specifying it produces an error
Description	Summary says pretty much everything. I have an ircd that is behind a NAT, and thus the bind-ip isn't horribly important. I decided to just not specify it, as the docs say it is optional and "almost never used". However, this produced an error.
