DescriptionWhen someone /whoises a CoAdmin, no higher or lower, who is not on the same server as them, it gets blocked. This is just annoying to me, does it have a purpose?

I see a server notice: blah tried to whois you, but it was blocked
And they simply get: end of /whois

i am unable to reproduce this:
with a simple /whois cornic:
[22:17:53] (/whois cornic start)
[22:17:53] cornic is "james c" ([email protected])
[22:17:53] cornic has identified for this nick (cornic)
[22:17:53] cornic is using a secure connection (ssl)
[22:17:53] cornic is a Co Administrator (available for help)
[22:17:53] cornic is using enterprise.us.p2p-network.net (P2P-NET)
[22:17:53] (/whois cornic end)

with a /whois cornic cornic:
[22:17:56] (/whois cornic start)
[22:17:56] cornic is "james c" ([email protected])
[22:17:56] cornic has identified for this nick (cornic)
[22:17:56] cornic is using a secure connection (ssl)
[22:17:56] cornic is a Co Administrator (available for help)
[22:17:56] cornic is using enterprise.us.p2p-network.net (P2P-NET)
[22:17:56] cornic has been idle for 21hrs 11mins 42secs
[22:17:56] cornic signed on 2days 8hrs 38mins 42secs ago
[22:17:56] (/whois cornic end)

Some time ago Nazca did some patch on the IRCd, and then most of it was removed. The bit left over is what causes this problem. Sorry for bugging you =\
