I honestly think that might be a little too much out of the reach of "services operators". I can see reason for SA's interfering with the modes of channels, as that is what services do, but mainly, people have the control of their own user modes.. Make a module or something that does it instead, I don't want it as something generic |

bah. you could just stick this into services into OperServ. |

imho, samode - is extra functionality that should be used only if there is no connection with services, so there is no need to allow opers to set usermodes if it already can be done via services. |
