| Description | My server shuts down when i start it. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | When i got up this morning, i looked at my computer, and it went slow a little bit, and i tried to restart it, and i had to turn it off to restart it, and somehow when i did that, it wont start up. | ||||

You need to give us lots more details than that. Check the logs, be sure you're clicking on the right exe file, look for core files. As I have told you in the past, Windows Vista is not yet a supported OS, so this may be OS based. A side note: you shouldn't post bugs unless you really know it is a bug. This is probably an issue with a conf file or something else that might be solvable. If Unreal had crashed, you would have a core file in the Unreal folder |

I'll see if I can't reproduce this on my comp at home since I have Vista as well. If I can reproduce, I'll post some appropriate debug information. |

Out of sheer curiousity...you did in fact create the unrealircd.conf file after you reinstalled, correct? Just one of those things we have to make sure of. Regardless, after a bit of testing I have in fact run into a similar problem, or at least I assume its a similar problem. Upon installing (and running the install twice so that the openssl is able to create the key), the service has yet to actually start for me. It seems to be running wircd.exe on my process list but I can't connect to it, etc. I'll keep toying with it, but not too much as again Vista isn't even a supported OS at this point. Who knows though, I've been swimming in the SDK, etc for Vista for quite some time, maybe we can finally add that as a supported OS. |

It seems to be working now, I had another ircd on a External HardDrive, and i edited that, and it works now. |
