Description	Ok simply put, in http://www.unrealircd.com/files/docs/unreal32docs.html#useropercommands the documentation says CHATOPS only goes to users with user mode +c, but user mode +c doesnt appear to even exist. chatops <message> Send a message to all IRCops with umode +c IRCop Matthew
