Summary0003989: Add make distclean
DescriptionLet's add make distclean to help Admins re-package Unreal to distribute to their servers.

Let's face it, not all nets use 100% vanilla Unreal. This tool will help admins that make changes to Unreal then compile to cleanup the installation directory more than make clean and make cleandir do.
