Not sure what is still needed, but I know killircd and ircdreg are gone. |

I've never used this command in my life. From my POV it can just be removed. |

May we remove this now then? It seems that this would only be useful for people who precompile their IRCd and use zip (or some sort of archive which doesn't store the executable bit) to distribute the precompiled binaries. Even such people who do that probably don't know about ``make makex'' ;-). |
