Summary0004163: New way of loading modules
DescriptionI like the idea of being able to load whatever modules you want and only those. but using the *.so method would load all modules and i may have third party modules i do not want to load. It seems silly to remove the module when i may use it later. Perhaps add all of them to the config or something. The current way just doesnt work

We still need to choose MODPATH at compile time and make the load relative to MODPATH, but the rest is the same.
