| Description | Hello. i would like to propose a feature for unrealircd. Though i am not sure this is the correct place to post it. I would like when making the unrealircd conf a different opers.conf to be made and the server owner to be able to: 1. Create an oline profile. for example i would like to name an oline Forum Administrator 2. Be able to select which featurse will be available to that oline profile. for example i want the forum admin to be able to do kill gline sajoin sapart but not zline. 3. put a custom vhost for each profile I know this is beeing used in another ircd and i would like to see unrealircd to be enchanced with features that many people will like and that i believe would increase flexibility | ||||

Your first and second point can be solved by using SWHOIS (inside the oper block) and by using specific permissions: http://www.unrealircd.com/files/docs/unreal32docs.html#operblock_flags For your third request there is a feature that IMO needs to be implemented: http://bugs.unrealircd.org/view.php?id=1714 Also, take a look at a more recent conversation regarding oper permissions: http://bugs.unrealircd.org/view.php?id=4157 |
