Summary0004202: Remove redundant sendto_server_butone() and some other detritus
DescriptionPatch to replace sendto_server_butone() with the functionally equivalent sendto_server() to reduce redundancy.

Fix a compiler warning by checking the return of setuid().

Remove narrative comments and commented code from cancel_clients() and condense.
