Summary	0004417: channel mode +P not working correctly
Description	Reported by user: When setting channel Mode +P, the setting seems to dissapear later (but there's never a -P). Similarly, /LIST sometimes show 0 user channels, but the channel is not +P (or not anymore?) Supposedly happens consistently after a 24hr period.
Additional Information	nenolod coded this, right? :D
