| Summary | 0004518: pb of hostname resolution (CNAME) | ||||
| Description | I tried to /connect to my server, the hostname of which is irc.mircscripts.fr. The system told me that it could not resolve the hostname. Yet, host irc.mircscripts.fr gives: irc.mircscripts.fr is an alias for mirc.irc-attitude.net. mirc.irc-attitude.net has address 142.4.208.208 If I replace the hostname by mirc.irc-attitude.net, it works. But unrealircd 3.2.9 worked fine in any case. | ||||
