Summary	0005045: spamfilter messagging on tempshun set
Description	When the spamfilter sets a tempshun the message is only shown locally, not in remote to the other servers that are linked
Steps To Reproduce	1./spamfilter add cpn tempshun - TestFilter SomeTest\.com 2. Some user types: SomeTest.com 3. Spamfilter tempshuns the user. 4. Message about tempshun set appears only on the server user is connected to, does NOT appear globally.

syzop 2020-09-27 18:08 administrator ~0021764	Looking at this, I think that's by design. Tempshun is a local action. Similarly to KLINE, remote opers won't see messages about that. The spamfilter hit is correctly reported to the spamfilter snomask though ('S').
