Summary | 0005154: Document 3rd party chmodes/umodes/snomasks/etc
Description | Sooooo since I have 9 custom chmodes, 4 umodes, 4 snomasks, 3 stats flags and 1 extban I figured it would be worthwhile to document it on the Unreal wiki. That way when someone who isn't me decides to write a module, they can easily see which modes are unused for maximum compatibility. To have the best overview I'd propose to use the already existing pages like https://www.unrealircd.org/docs/User_modes, and make it clear (e.g. with some formatting) when it's third party. =]

3rd party modules | |||||

I think the official docs should not reference 3rd party modules, that would be odd, and certainly not so visible in the "user modes" wiki page. We could document them in the Dev: makespace of the wiki but... to be honest I don't think anyone will look at it, so... then it is a wasted effort. So I suggest we drop the idea :p |
