Description	Hello, Recently +I made available to be set by normal users too, this was a good change thought, my suggestion is if you like the idea to be able to change the +W umode to work as +I so a user would be able to set/unset W umode. E.g: (as module name is usermodes/showwhois) set { show-whois { policy usermode; } } Also would be able to release that umode to be able to use it in "modes-on-connect" too :) - Thanks!

Jobe 2020-09-02 21:15 reporter ~0021735	This has been requested at least once before in issue 0003336 However, I will say that should this be implemented careful care would need to be taken to ensure the notice sent doesn't expose real IP addresses to the recipient of the notice.
