DescriptionWith a soft ban, if SASL succeeds with an unknown account - and possible if SASL fails -, then /AUTH doesn't work anymore. UnrealIRCd doesn't send the correct bits to services.
Probably need to reinitialize some variables or something.

This seems to work fine nowadays. Tested on a softbanned IP with an unknown account via SASL + then AUTH user:pass. Was allowed in.
