Can be closed: Found - https://github.com/unrealircd/unrealircd/commit/b07c739fa703e9a75f6c3df101595c29cedbc361 - https://bugs.unrealircd.org/view.php?id=6204 |

Seems undocumented in https://www.unrealircd.org/docs/Extended_Bans So `+e ~security-group:staff` doesn't include `+e ~flood:*:~security-group:staff` ? |
|
Yeah exactly, documented now. And indeed the regular +b/+e entries (without ~flood) do not affect flood exemptions. I think that is fine. The same is true for ~msgbypass. If we would make them affect flood exemptions that would be quite unexpected since people think +b/+e apply to like joining or messaging. |
