Summary0006376: The "/stats q" command returns both the q and Q list and displays SQLined channels that aren't SQLined anymore
DescriptionWhen we type "/stats q", we receive both the bannick blocks (if any) and the SQLine list.

The "/stats q" should return only the bannick blocks.

On the same hand, on the SQLine list (Q), channels that aren't on the "/os forbid" nor "/os sqline" lists anymore.
