I really doubt that UnrealIRCd stores the colors when replacing a word. In this case I'd say that this is more of a feature request than really a bug NOTE: Not trying to be rude, some of this issues could be discussed directly on IRC first and a bug reported opened only if it's deemed to really be a bug.
