Summary0000790: [Stable] Opers using umode +S get weird 319 reply
DescriptionAny oper who is using +S (via svsmode/svs2mode) will get a weird 319 reply when doing /whois. During my tests, this was mostly the last set mode:
medusaXX is [email protected] * medusaXX
medusaXX is a registered nick
medusaXX on +S

other example:
medusaXX is [email protected] * medusaXX
medusaXX is a registered nick
medusaXX on -ow

One of our users has discovered a whois where the real hostmask of the oper was displayed. This bug seems to be different (dont know what it depends on).
Steps To Reproduceused o-line:
O:*@*:xxxxxx:yyyyyy:AreDRhgwlcLkKbBnGaTNufzW^*:1
reproduceable with all umodes if +S is contained.

Probably the same bug as Unreal 3.2 had, someone forgetting to empty a buffer (buf[0] = '\0'). Lukeeeeeeeeee! :P
