| Summary | 0000805: normal users +s | ||||
| Description | Regular users can set +s flag (listen to Server notices) on Unreal3.2-beta15. Is that normal? Shouldn't server notices be restricted to ircops? Or am I mistaken here? | ||||

Yes this is the expected behavior. Normal users can see some limited messages like kills an /oper'ing. You can add 's' to restrict-usermodes if you don't want this (a bit ulgy, I know). |
