As I can remember my last talk with Scifi, I think he is talking about Unreal3.2-beta15, see the following example: *** Mode change "-o AngryWolf" on channel #chat by AngryWolf *** OperOverride -- AngryWolf ([email protected]) MODE #chat +o AngryWolf *** Mode change "+o AngryWolf" on channel #chat by AngryWolf *** Mode change "+a AngryWolf" on channel #chat by AngryWolf *** Mode change "+q AngryWolf" on channel #chat by AngryWolf Scifi thinks that a notice about OperOverride should be sent when an IRCOp is a channel operator but sets +aq. I also agree. |

There is one exception, because +q users can change mode +a. |
