DescriptionI made myself a netadmin

oper Whity {

    };
    password "password";
    flags {
    netadmin;

    };

};

I log on the the server , use /oper Whity password , get message You are now an IRC Operator.

i join a channel , deop myself but cant re-op myself or kick users => you're not channel operator
