| Description | To start.. I have read all the docs in the release and on the support forum numerous times. I cannot get the ircd to start. I double click the icon, the cursor goes hourglass for about a sec, I get an icon in the system tray. I hover the mouse over the systray icon and it disappears. I check Task Manager and it doesnt show unreal running. I have tried BOTH .conf files that came with the release (the ircd.conf that was installed in the prog dir, and unrealircd.conf which was in the /networks dir.. have even tried step-by-stepping thru making a "clean" one using conf.doc.) I get several diff errors. I am configuring it basically the same way in all the diff files I have tried. ircd.conf - causes a "flood" of "Unhandled Exception" windows, about 130 of em before it finally crashes completely. unrealircd.conf - no start, the icon disappears, prog doesnt run. I have heard a lot of good things about this prog, can you please help me get it running? Dragon | ||||
