IMO this is not a bug.. simply due to the user's sendq emptying a kick of a user doesn't (and doesn't have to) empty this q... |
nah ;). Thinking of what may have caused it: - "msgs being lost"-bug, which would normally only happen under pretty high load, but.. - (asynchronic) lag, weird (especially with those timestamps), but theoritically possible ;P So... I don't know.... both look not-so-logical... Btw, which unreal version is this and which OS etc (you didn't fill in the info). |

I apologize, misunderstood the prob ;p they use 3.2b15 tested it on their servers, simply have to "flood" on a chan and to kick the flooder (from another linked server ?) to have some msgs from flooder still arriving in the chan unable to reproduce it on 3.1.5.1 didn't test on CVS |

It is the SENDERs server that verifys +n. Therefore the sender's server said "you're on that channel no need to worry about +n". It made that determination before it received the kick. Therefore the messages were allowed. It isn't really a bug, just more a limitation. |
