Summary	0000971: Cannot see usermode on "/whois nick nick" when i'm ircop
Description	When i'm ircop, if i type "/whois someone someone" his usermodes doesn't appear but when i type "/whois someone" it's appaear.. is it a bug or it's like the idle ?

syzop 2003-05-11 14:57 administrator ~0002746	Yes it's a bit like idle: you will only see the usermodes thing if you have the +e snomask (eyes), and snomasks are locally so the other server knows nothing about your snomask and will therefore not send the usermodes info.
