Why exactly isn't SQLINE sufficient? |
well i ment so the nickname can not be used at all not even with ircops. so when they switch to the name it disconects them or when the connect with it they get disconected. sort of like a zline but used for nickname babnning |

Well umm thats not a valid argument. Thats like saying we should make /kill usable by anyone because it "isn't fair" that only ircops can use it. |

Uhm, yeah. IRC Operators are another type of users who manage the IRC network, etc... lots of description in RFC. The main point is that they are much different from normal users, coz they have some privileges. I agree with the fact that there ought not to be much restrictions to ircops. Let them do what their task is. Or choose your ircops well... |
well i think that they shouldn't be able to use sertain nicknames |
Any better reasons why you think that? |
hey ircops shouldn't be able to use sertion nicknames |

Give me a reason why, you just keep repeating that they shouldn't be allowed to, but you refuse to give a reason why. If you don't want to give a good reason then I'll just close this report and we'll just forget it was ever even suggested. If you want us to consider it, give us a reason. |
