Summary	0001084: badwords stay when removed from conf
Description	On two of our servers.. when we removed some of the badword message blocks, they were removed from /stats b but still being censored... for instance.. when you message someone on server-a to someone else on server-a (the one with the problem) the badwords in the message won't be censored.. but if someone on server-b (without a problem, and also has the badwords removed) messages someone on server-a the message isn't censored
Additional Information	I think I've done a rather poor job of explaining the problem... If you connect two clients.. one to darkstar.zirc.org (seemingly without a problem) and one to skye.zirc.org you'll find messages being censored which shouldn't be (you should be free to do /stats b on both)
