| Description | User is no longer permitted to /part a channel or /quit the server. The former is minor and unnecessary as user cannot be prohibited from disconnecting, however: /part not being permitted forces user client to close open channel window without actually allowing said user to part. This causes a massive desynchronization that confuses the user and wastes administrations' time figuring out what went wrong. Please correct/add this feature. | ||||
