DescriptionWhenever a u:lined server issues a stats command to an Unreal RC1 or later server, the Unreal RC1 or later server will crash. The .core file produced is empty.

playing with raw commands is NOT supported... some (many?) service packages even mention this explicitly.

the sender of a stats request should be a person, that's why it crashes.
