DescriptionI think that spamfilter should block messages to services via /cs /ms /ns etc.
I'll give an example.

I have a new irc network or i have a site or a trojan works in this way and i want to spam.
I can send memos to users with this spam and the spam is not filtered even if i have added it to the spamfilter.
