| Description | When someone from a leaf server opers and the oper failes, no notice is sent to any IRCop of the oper failing. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. person types (while on there linked leaf server): /oper nick password. The password is incorrect. 2. IRCops receive no indacation of a failed notice at this point. | ||||

it should be noted that all servers in the chane (including the hub) all have snomask o enabled, or IrCops have done /mode nickname +s +o |
