Summary0004168: replace commands.so
DescriptionWish i could have commented on 0004163 so this could be related or not. I'm thinking that we ditch commands.so completely and autoload from a modules directory. Move RFC required modules to either the core or a separate directory to insure ircd compliance but have all other modules that are not required, regardless of how recommended to MODPATH.
