Hmmmm, a pointer pointing to 0x10 is not good ;PP.

A "few" questions:
- so you are not using any custom modules?
- did you enable/change anything in config.h?
- got any servers linked?
- and services?
- are you using throttling? (do you have a set::throttle block?)

Can you send your ircd binary + core file to [email protected] ? :)

Yes, the core file is 16 MB big lol.

Many questions.. ok, let me begin...

Q: - so you are not using any custom modules?
A: I am using only the 4, posted above.

Q: - did you enable/change anything in config.h?
A: Uhm no, only the default, on all servers.

Q: - got any servers linked?
A: yes 3, 4 with services.

Q: - and services?
A: yes, linked to the server which crashed.

Q: - are you using throttling? (do you have a set::throttle block?)
A: Yes, on 2 servers, on one not, because it's not compiled with throttle (older cvs version of beta15.)

The files are on their way.

[Edit] The server which crashed had throttling enabled. Forgot to say that.

Is there something solved or you know, if it is a major bug or just my version on my system which is fucked up, and it won´t happen again so fast?

I don't like to try a /rehash again ;)

[Edit] Ok i tried it lol, it worked. But this bug is maybe a sign or a cause for the /rehash stall, and/or have something to do with the bug report 0000880

In beta16 the scanner modules will be removed (you have to use BOPM instead), that will probably also fix a bunch of hangs/crashes/weird errors.

beta16 has been released, let's see if this bug still exists ;).
